V International Seminar of Investment in Hotels & Resorts

The V International Seminar Investment Hotels & Resorts occurred between 14th and 16th of October at the Transamerica São Paulo Hotel. It was the biggest event of the hotel’s investments in Latin America and the third worldwide at the time. More than 60 speakers and panelists helped with the discussion of innovative themes for the time as hotel asset management, Conceptual Design, securitization and other related themes to hotel franchises, hotel’s classification, investment’s opportunities in twelve Brazilian states, among others.
